How Repairhub saves time on weekly Xero payment runs with Batchly
Founded in 2019, Repairhub operates 24 smash repair locations across Australia’s east coast. With more than 600 team members and over 70,000 vehicle repairs each year, the business works with major Australian insurers, including IAG and RACV.
Behind that operation, Repairhub’s accounts payable team manages high volumes of supplier bills through Xero, completing at least three payment runs each week. The team needed a more efficient way to prepare large payment runs.

Reducing repetitive batching
Before Batchly, Repairhub prepared payments directly through Xero, working with batches of up to 200 bills at a time. For runs containing more than 4,000 bills, this meant repeating the batching process many times.
Batchly allows the team to prepare larger payment runs together, reducing repetitive manual work.
Managing the payment run
Repairhub uses Batchly to prepare bank payment files, record payments in Xero and send supplier remittances.
Following feedback from the team, Batchly added custom payment-reference support so Repairhub could retain its existing payment-run identifiers.
